Most adults know they should exercise, but struggle with finding a way to fit it into their schedule. PCF does this for me. With early and varied class hours, it is very likely that it can be that solution for you too. 

 

It’s true that PCF helped me lose 75+ lbs in the last 2 years and that I am gradually working with heavier weights as my strength increases, but to me the biggest change is something else: I can climb rope! I find myself looking at elevated spaces and thinking “if I had some rope I could climb up there”. My new goal is to get pull-ups, something I haven’t been able to do for most of my adult life, and the programming and coaching at PCF will help me achieve that.

 

No matter where you are on your fitness journey, PCF has something to offer you. Advanced athletes will be challenged and your fitness will improve. If you are just starting out or starting over, you’ll find PCF is a non-intimidating place where people get together and try to be a little better than yesterday, and after an hour you are on with your life. Just don’t be surprised if you find yourself later in the day thinking about how you can improve your snatch technique.
