Congratulations on your 3rd anniversary!  Thank you for the member recognition prize – I was completely surprised when it was announced.  I appreciate the coach’s willingness to work with every member regardless of their athletic ability.  PCF coaches have encouraged me to go beyond what I imagined possible, I know that every time I walk into the box it will be a challenging WOD and I will leave stronger each time.
