Personal Training
Personal training offers a 1-on-1 opportunity to work with a PCF coach. Programming, workouts and coaching are all tailored to the athlete's needs and desires and can be used to improve on one or more of the following:
- General fitness
- Skill-based goals (climb a rope, double unders, muscle-ups, etc)
- Strength
- Injury prevention or working around an injury
- Competition, event or sport preparedness
Timing of personal training can be extremely flexible, as athletes and coaches can coordinate on time(s) that work best. Athletes can book single, 5 or 10 sessions. For rates and any other questions, reach out via email: penningtoncf@gmail.com or, stop by the office one day after class!
