CrossFit Kids, Teens, and Tweens
Our CrossFit Kids, Teens, and Tweens programs are starting in January!
CrossFit Kids
- Ages 3-7
- Starts Wednesday, Jan. 15
- Wednesdays, 4:30-5:15
- $140 for an 8-week session
- Our kids program is a fun, games-based class led by 2 CrossFit kids-certified instructors. Each class will include a warm-up, skill, games, and/or obstacle courses. No weights will be used.
CrossFit Tweens
- Ages 8-12
- Starts Thursday, Jan. 16
- Thursdays, 4:15-5:15
- $140 for an 8-week session
- CrossFit tweens establishes good movement patterns in a fun, safe environment. The class will incorporate age-appropriate workouts and games. Athletes can expect to be introduced to movements such as wall-balls, wall-walks, kettlebell movements and more.
CrossFit Teens
- Ages 13-16
- Starts Thursday, Jan. 16
- Thursdays, 6:30-7:30
- $140 for an 8-week session
- CrossFit teens is geared toward establishing safe and efficient movement patterns to prepare athletes for their sport or future CrossFit endeavours. Lifts will be taught with PVCs, and then light weights can be introduced when athletes demonstrate safe movement patterns. Members will also be introduced to movements such as wall-balls, wall-walks, kettlebell movemtns and more.
