Our Box

Our facility is a CrossFit specific designed, 6,000 square-foot fitness space, outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment as well as men’s and women’s changing areas and showers. This space is ideally suited for members to experience the full complement of functional movements that are integral to the fun-but-challenging workout for which CrossFit is known worldwide.
