Goal: haven't done these in a while so pick something moderate for the 8 then build across for the 6's and 4's

21 wall balls (20/14)

21 burpees

 

Goal: pick a wallball weight you can do in 1-3 sets and just try to move on the burpees! Aim for this to take 8-12 mins
