(goal: the pull ups in the workout will take up the bulk of time. Its okay if we get stuck here and resort to
singles but we want to be done the 21 strict in 5:00 or less. The bench should we a weight we can do in
1-3 sets but will get tough since our upper body will be pretty smoked)
