(goal: little change up, same weight as last week yet we have 10 reps! once you finish your 10th rep go right into
10 powerful KBS then rest 2-3 mins)

(goal: T2b should try to be unbroken and take <:30s so that you have about :30s to complete as many
step overs as you can. this will challenge the grip so expect a drop off at some point.)
