Mitch has been an athlete his whole life and when entering The College of New Jersey in 2012, was searching for an outlet for his athletic and competitive nature. He found just that in TCNJ's CrossFit club, of which he eventually went on to become the Vice President. He received his CF Level 1 Certificate in the fall of 2013, and has been coaching at Pennington CrossFit since.
Mitch graduated from TCNJ in 2016, and is now pursuing a Master's in Occupational Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University. Outside of the box, Mitch is a Special Olympics coach for the Mercer Sailfish swim team. He also loves traveling, the New York Mets, watching documentaries and doing lots and lots of mobility; something he's become known for in the PCF community after running multiple grueling (yet awesome) mobility clinics.
